Infection Control Built into the Design
Let's be precise about what is and isn't autoclavable: the camera handpiece body contains electronic components and cannot be autoclaved. What you get are detachable, autoclavable lens sheaths (stainless-steel-reinforced) that snap onto the camera tip and can be sterilized at 134 °C / 273 °F in a standard autoclave cycle.
