Product

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

None of our products support customization. But there are some products that can be blended and set up, such as dental chairs.

Generally speaking, the dental chair is divided into all 2 holes or all 4 holes, but if you want half 2 holes and half 4 holes, we will be for the debugging.

If you have a personalized idea, you can contact us and discuss the feasibility.

You can, but it will require you to purchase a large amount of product. To find out more, please feel free to contact us.

We will refund your money to your account within 3 business days after you have communicated with us for confirmation.

Shipping

Yes, we will deliver it to you for free.

Not all, for small dental equipment, such as dental handpieces, light curing lamps, dental magnifiers, etc., we will send them to you by air.

But for large dental equipment, such as dental chairs, we will send them to you by sea freight.

This depends on your location and the product you are purchasing.

For most products, it usually takes 7-15 business days for delivery in the U.S.; 15-20 days for delivery in other countries.

For large dental equipment such as dental chairs, it typically takes 30-40 days.

If you did not receive the product due to logistic reasons, we will re-arrange the delivery for you or refund you according to your wishes.

Payment

We support both online payments and offline transfers.

If the quantity and amount of your purchase is small, we will charge you the full amount directly and immediately pick up the goods from our warehouse and send them to you.

If the quantity and amount of your purchase is large, we will charge you 50% deposit first; after we ship the goods and communicate with you, then we will charge you the remaining 50% of the final payment.
