How to operate:
1. Add the cleaning solution to the cleaning tank, insert the power supply (ensure that the power supply is reliably grounded), and turn on the power switch. SET'C displays the previous set temperature, ACTUALC displays the current temperature, time displays the previous set time, and POWER displays 100% of the ultrasonic power.
2. The cleaning solution must be higher than 1/2 of the cleaning tank, and no higher than 3/4 of the cleaning tank is recommended (no liquid in the cleaning tank will damage the machine). Put the object to be cleaned into the cleaning solution.
3.AUTO one-key automatic mode: press the back key, and the machine starts to work at the default 10-minute working time and 100% ultrasonic power (this key does not turn on heating and deaeration by default).
4. Customize the cleaning mode.
Precautions:
1. When the ultrasonic wave is running normally, you should hear the even sound of ultrasonic wave resonating with the tank, and there is no agitation on the surface of the cleaning liquid, only the water splash caused by the bursting of cavities. If there is intermittent oscillation, please add some cleaning fluid or reduce some cleaning fluid to eliminate oscillation in favour of cleaning objects.
2. When the ultrasonic countdown ends, the heating function stops working together; if the ultrasonic countdown does not end, manually stop the ultrasonic countdown, the heating function will not stop working.
3. In order to ensure the cleanliness of the cleaning object under the premise of intermittent work as far as possible (continuous work time is recommended not more than 60 minutes), because a long time ultrasound so that the temperature inside the box to accumulate, easy to accelerate the aging of the electronic devices inside the box.
4. Never use flammable cleaning agents;.
5. When there is no cleaning fluid in the cleaning tank, can not open the ultrasonic machine.
6. Prevent cleaning fluid or water and other liquids splashed into the chassis and vibrator; cleaning fluid splash to the vibrator will cause the machine leakage and short-circuit, at the same time will cause the vibrator in the chip burned.
7. If any foreign objects fall into the tank or chassis should be removed immediately.
8. When changing or draining the liquid, it should be carried out under the condition that the cleaning liquid in the tank is at room temperature, and the ultrasonic switch should be turned off and the power plug should be unplugged.
9. Should be cleaned immediately after use and remove the dirt in the cleaning tank.
10. Keep the appearance of the machine clean.
