Product Structure:
Pressure steam steriliser consists of sterilisation chamber, heating system, control system and piping system.
1. Sterilisation chamber: made of stainless steel, resistant to high temperature and steam corrosion.
2. Heating system: it adopts external heating method, which is used to heat distilled water and produce water vapour in the sterilizing chamber.
3. Piping system: the piping system consists of several solenoid valves and silicone tubes. It is used to control the air inlet and outlet of the sterilisation chamber.
4. Control system: The heater and solenoid valve are controlled by microcomputer, and the temperature and pressure parameters in the sterilisation room are monitored and controlled in real time by pressure sensor and temperature sensor.
The temperature and pressure parameters in the sterilisation room are monitored in real time by pressure sensors and temperature sensors. The control system is equipped with state detection function, which can react to the abnormal situation in the sterilisation room, interrupt the work process which may be dangerous, and have alarm prompts.
Precautions:
1. Indoor use only
2. Installation of the steriliser should leave at least 10cm spacing around the top of the 20cm, the steriliser cooling and exhaust place can not be closed or blocked
3. Do not put anything on top of the steriliser case to avoid potential danger;
4. Place the steriliser in a well-ventilated environment;
5. The heat dissipation window of the steriliser case should not be blocked by foreign objects;
6. The steriliser should be mounted on a stable workbench, the front end must be higher than the rear end (by adjusting the two front feet).
7. Steriliser peripheral temperature 5-40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%) Air pressure: 70kpa (0.7bar) ~ 106kpa (1.06bar);
8. Do not place any objects in front of the steriliser that dissolve when they see heat, and do not have bottles filled with easily corroded and other liquids around it, so as not to dissipate the heat of the steriliser resulting in a potential hidden - the front of the front do not have objects blocking the front in order to cause the opening of the door is inconvenient.
Sterilisation Preparation & Selection Of Procedures:
1. Prior to sterilisation, instruments are rinsed completely with clean water to avoid any chemical residues contaminating the steriliser.
2. When instruments are placed on the instrument trays, make sure that they are all placed in the instrument trays, that there is no direct contact between them and that they do not interfere with other instrument trays in the chamber.
3. Sterilised instruments should be placed on the instrument trays with a gap between them to facilitate air circulation in the chamber.
4. The load is appropriate for the selected sterilisation procedure.
5. When working, the door handle must be screwed to the bottom to ensure that the door is closed.
Aborting The Programme:
1. When the sterilisation run is finished or aborted, open the door and beware of hot steam coming out of the pot;
2. When the programme is aborted unexpectedly, the load may not be effectively sterilised repacking the steriliser if necessary;
3. Do not try to force open the door and abort the procedure in the operation, in order to prevent the high temperature and high pressure out of the scalding operator or damage to the equipment, should be in accordance with the requirements of the manual of the operation step by step to abort the procedure;
4. before opening the door, please observe the pressure value on the display or prompt, confirm the safety before opening the door, the pressure value must be less than 10Kpa. when opening the door of the steriliser, please do not get too close to the door to avoid burns.
