Comply with European B-class sterilisation standard, wide range of application
Comply with EN 13060 safety standard, with three times pulsation vacuum drying function, the vacuum degree can reach -0.9bar (-0.09Mpa). The equipment is capable of eliminating residual moisture on instruments to <0.2%, and is suitable for sterilisation of a wide range of instrument types, including packaged, unpackaged, solid, Class A hollow, Class B hollow, porous structures and instruments with internal piping.
Intelligent control system
Adopting 16-bit imported microprocessor, it provides full computer control operation, which makes the equipment run stably and smoothly. This intelligent system is suitable for efficient disinfection and sterilisation of all kinds of instruments in stomatology, ophthalmology, operating theatres and laboratories. Equipped with B&D test and vacuum test procedure to detect steam penetration and ensure the highest standard of sterilisation.
Real-time monitoring and fault detection function
The clear digital LED display shows the real-time status of the equipment and has a perfect fault detection system. Users can grasp the working status of the equipment at any time, the system will automatically alarm when encountering abnormal conditions, to help users quickly troubleshoot the problem, to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
Multiple safety protection design
Autoclave dental is equipped with double door lock linkage protection, the door can't be opened when there is pressure in the chamber, avoiding the safety hidden danger caused by misoperation. This design adds more security to the process of use, especially suitable for demanding medical environments.
Complete disinfection record management
The built-in printer supports automatic printing of disinfection process data and date records, and the optional USB interface facilitates the export of data. This feature allows the user to establish and manage complete disinfection records to meet the high standards of medical and laboratory management requirements.
High-performance pot and automatic cleaning function
The pot body is made of 2.5mm thick stainless steel by one-time stretch moulding, together with the automatic cleaning device of jet steam generator, which makes the temperature and pressure distribution inside the pot more uniform and ensures that the sterilisation process is thorough and effective. The automatic cleaning function reduces the frequency of manual maintenance and ensures long-lasting and stable equipment.
Waste water management and alarm system
Built-in wastewater tank water full alarm system to avoid recycling of wastewater, to ensure that each disinfection process is clean and hygienic, to improve the sterilisation effect, to avoid the risk of secondary pollution caused by wastewater.

Precautions:
1. Before adding water, be sure to turn on the power supply of the steriliser, and add water not more than 2000mL.
2. If the water shortage indicator lights up and alarms during the sterilisation process, because the water in the storage tank can still satisfy one working cycle, please add water after the sterilisation is completed.
3. Sterilised instruments should be placed on the instrument tray, and there should be a gap between the instruments to facilitate the circulation of steam. Use the supplied instrument tray holder to transport instruments into the sterilisation chamber to prevent burns.
4. If the sterilisation room is hot and there is still water vapour, it is normal that there will be a lot of resistance to closing the door. We recommend opening the door to allow the water vapour to dry out and then closing the door, or pushing the door inwards when closing.
5. Remove instrument trays from the sterilisation chamber using the supplied instrument tray holder to prevent burns!
6. If the sterilised items are removed immediately after the end of the procedure, a small amount of condensation may be found on the sterilised items.
7. After opening the door, the inner chamber of the device, the inner side of the door, the sterilised items, as well as the instrument trays and racks are in a high temperature state, in order to prevent scalding necessary protective measures must be taken to protect the safety of the operator.
8. When the steriliser is no longer in use, switch off the main power switch. (Power switch light off).
9. Please clean the filter in the sterilisation chamber frequently to avoid the filter being clogged and affecting the drainage and exhaust.
10. Do not attempt to open the door of the steriliser when the pressure indicator does not show ‘00’.
