5W High Power LED, Pure Blue Light & Efficient Curing
Adopting 5W high-power pure blue light LED, the equipment outputs pure blue light in the wavelength range of 385nm to 515nm, which greatly improves the curing efficiency of photosensitive materials. Pure blue light not only penetrates deep into the material, but also cures each layer quickly and uniformly, reducing the risk of thermal shrinkage effects on the material. High-Capacity Battery & Long Standby Time
The device has a built-in 2200mAh high-capacity Li-ion battery, which provides long battery life. Automatic Standby & Intelligent Shutdown Function

Operation Method:
1. Press the power switch button (‘I’) to switch on the machine.
2. Mode setting: gently press the mode setting button ( ‘ M ’ ) to change the operation mode, the light curing machine will work in the set mode to irradiate different intensity of blue light, the available modes are shown in Table 1.
3. Time setting: gently press the time setting key ( ‘ T ’ ) to set the curing time. See Table 1 for the curing time that can be set.
4. When using, put the disposable film sleeve into the head of the main unit.
5. Then align the front connector light source to the position to be cured, press the power switch button (‘ I “), the host issued a ”tick’ sound, the host sends out a blue light and work according to the selected mode of operation, the digital display from the selected timing time to start showing the countdown time, the timing to 0 when the end of the work, the digital display returns to show the set timing time.
6. Press the power switch button (’ I ’) can end the work at any time to turn off the output before the timing time is finished after normal use.
7. At the end of an irradiation cycle, you can immediately press the power switch button ( ‘ I ’ ) to start the next irradiation cycle, such as the obvious feeling that the handle began to get hot should stop working until the handle is completely cooled down and then begin to work again, it is recommended that the number of consecutive irradiation is not more than 10 times.
8. Low voltage indication: the host has an internal battery low battery detection function, when the battery is detected low battery, the digital tube flashes, then please charge in time.
9. After use, if the transparent cover is stained with resin, please use a cotton cloth to wipe clean, so as not to affect the light intensity.
10. The machine will automatically switch off after 2 minutes of inactivity. To switch on the machine, please press ON / OFF.
11. The effective light intensity of this machine is many times higher than that of halogen lamp light curing machine, and the curing depth of light curing composite resin is not less than 4mm in 10 seconds.
12. The front connector of the front end can be removed, but it can't be sterilised by autoclaving, otherwise it will lead to damage.
13. When the equipment is used continuously for a long time, the maximum temperature of its application part of the front connector out of the light end can reach 56 ℃, so after 100 seconds of continuous use of the equipment, it should take a break for 10 minutes to avoid too long irradiation, or in the feeling that the temperature rises significantly, stop using the equipment.
